By Car
Take the A259 coast road from Chichester to Emsworth. Just after the 'Bosham' roundabout (3 miles west of Chichester) there is a long straight stretch of road with the sea to the south. At the end of the straight, turn right into Newells Lane. 2 Colner Cottages is the creme house 50m before the railway crossing.
By Bus
The 700 from Chichester Bus Station to Emsworth stops at the end of Newells Lane. Walk along Newells lane for about 5 minutes. 2 Colner Cottages is the creme house 50m before the railway crossing.
By Train
Newells Lane is a 20 minute walk from Bosham station on the Portsmouth to Brighton line. See the map below.
